Diak Architects is a Norman, Oklahoma-based full-service architecture firm founded in 2020. Led by Principal/CEO Shannon Barczak (MS Sustainable Architecture, LEED Green Associate, CQM, LCSW-S) and Principal Architect Tom Barczak (AIA, NCARB, LEED AP), the firm holds SBA 8(a), WOSB, ISBEE, and NMSDC MBE certifications. Diak has an active tribal practice with completed projects for the Chickasaw Nation, Caddo Nation, Sac and Fox Nation, Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, Comanche Nation, Kickapoo Tribe, and Absentee Shawnee Tribe, among others. Project types include early childhood centers, youth activity centers, food distribution facilities, housing, administrative buildings, and fairgrounds. The firm maintains offices in Norman and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
