Join the AICCO Oklahoma City Chapter for our September luncheon featuring representatives from the City of Oklahoma City Finance Department and Procurement Services Division.

Working Together: Oklahoma City, Tribal Nations & Native Businesses

This luncheon will focus on the value of collaboration, shared opportunities, and strengthening relationships among the City of Oklahoma City, Tribal Nations, and Native-owned businesses.

Attendees will hear directly from City leadership and procurement professionals about doing business with the City, navigating procurement opportunities, and building stronger connections between local government and the Native business community.

Featured Speakers

Angela Pierce, CPA
Chief Financial Officer, City of Oklahoma City

Angela will provide opening remarks and share perspective from her role overseeing the City's Finance Department, including Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, Economic Development, Debt Management, Risk Management, and the Office of Management and Budget.

Monica Hardesty, CPO
Senior Buyer, Procurement Services Division, City of Oklahoma City

Monica will lead the featured presentation, bringing experience in public and private procurement, construction-related contracting, and small business ownership. She is also a passionate advocate for the City's Small, Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Program.

Following the presentation, Angela and Monica will be joined by additional members of the City's Finance and Procurement Services team for a panel-style Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about working with the City of Oklahoma City.
